Can I require vaccination records before booking?
Yes. In your Services settings, turn on 'Require vaccination records' for any service. Clients uploading a doc at checkout — you see it on the booking detail page before they arrive.
How does no-show protection work?
You set a cancellation window and optional late-cancel fee per service. Clients see your policy at checkout before paying. If they cancel inside the window, the configured fee is retained. You can also mark a booking as 'No-show' to keep full payment.
Can clients book specific services like full groom vs. bath only?
Yes. You list each service with its own name, price, duration, and availability. Clients pick exactly what they want when booking.
